Balatonboglár Hungarian Sea Story Playground

Balatonboglár, Platán tér, 8630

This unique playground is located next to the Boglár Bubble Experience Bath, within the area of the Platán free beach. The play structures were created by sculptor Boldizsár Kő and his team. Among its attractions are a sandy area shaped like the outline of Lake Balaton and surrounded by small chairs, a swing commemorating the Legend of the Goat's Hoof (Kecskeköröm), a traditional fishing boat, and an arm-wrestling bench. Each element tells a story connected to the legends of Lake Balaton. The playground is not fenced, so it can be visited freely and free of charge at any time. Nearby, visitors can also find restrooms, several snack bars, and ice cream parlors.
