The Balatonfenyves Narrow-Gauge Railway is one of the most unique family attractions on the southern shore of Lake Balaton, travelling through the beautiful wetlands of the Nagyberek nature reserve. Along the journey, you may spot reed beds, marshes and wildlife such as egrets, herons or even roe deer. Trains run from Balatonfenyves towards Csisztapuszta and Somogyszentpál, with a thermal spa and playground located near the Csisztapuszta terminus. The railway operates every day throughout the year.
