The Felsőszentiván Windmill is Hungary’s only fully operational windmill. Inside, visitors can see the huge wooden gears, millstones and traditional milling equipment, and during demonstrations can even try some of the milling activities themselves. There are also interactive digital elements and traditional miller’s clothes to try on. Outside, an open-air exhibition features old miller’s carts and equipment. Advance booking is required to visit the windmill.
